Not sure what the M- or U-number is with this one but it appears to have been made by the Pittsburg High Voltage Insulator Company. The two pieces are distinctly cemented together as you can see here, as with any other multipart porcelain insulator. I am going to show you a top view of this super rare piece right after I upload this.
