i picked up this rather unusual piece on eBay Marked PYREX TM REG US PAT OFF MADE IN USA on one side and the other is PAT NO 2046960 7500 VOLTS. The brass piece on end is embossed NEON ENG INC ??for a neon sign?? How old is this piece? Also the little ramshorn looking glass piece came with it. Any answers appreciated
