Fornasetti bought insulators from Richard Ginori, decorated them and sold them to the public. This one is decorated with HAPPY 1956 on the top and with a calendar on the bottom. The signs of the zodiac are next to each month. Inside the pinhole is the logo of Fornasetti (A hand holding a pin over FORNESETTI MILANO over MADE IN ITALY).There is gold trim around the wire groove and on the top. This is in very good condition. The gold trim is strong and the fired on decal is good. $50 plus postage.
