Retrieved this cutout from a pole along the Mississippi river in St. Louis. It was on a power pole with the drop down and there was another one and a crystal valve arrester and a transformer. I got on cutout and the arrester and the transformer, but i couldn't get the other one down and the UP had drove by while i was up there so i got down and ran. If you want more pictures please let me know, it has a drop down so when the fuse link blows the holder falls. its a early version of the cutouts today.
