I have several of these. This is a hollow Pottery commemorative, it is not a real insulator. It is embossed 8th NIA CONVENTION, LAKELAND, FLA. JULY 15 - 17, 1977. No Dings chips or cracks, it is 3 3/4" wide at the base and 3 1/2" tall. I consider the color an Exerocist Green, $5.00 + shipping.
