Looks like turn-of-the-century manganese treated glass, but what is it? Base diameter is 3", height is 2" and the hole diameter is 1" .

These are pretty close without getting into 1/16's

Answer: Probably not a SCA LRI. There are no projecting parts to attach mounting hardware. There are no signs of wear.
