Here is a CD 294 NEGM Co insulator. Light aqua in color with an amber streak in dome and a couple white particles in glass. Some damage: 1/4 inch flake from outside edge of left ear, 1/2 inch flake from inner skirt in left front, 3/4 inch flake from inner skirt at right mold line, couple other nicks.
