I found this at the same location as the larger DE clamp. I am familiar with these b/c I am used to seeing them on lower voltage distribution lines. This particular clamp was used for dead ending a 88kV line. Again, its not in the best condition but a quick pass with a wire brush and it looks all spiffy!
