Here's a scarce insulator out of my collection. The skirt is filled with light cobalt swirls that presents a glowing Sapphire Blue (very close to Light Peacock Blue) color skirt. Depending on which way you display it some areas look like Dark Electric Blue! 7/8" reverse wg chip otherwise VNM+ shape. All the drips are mint with only very minor nibbles on glass rim.
