Our side yard has turned to a moving river. I've dumped a few skid loader buckets of dirt here and they all washed away. In places the ruts get 8inchs deep and the water a 1foot high. Our builder said this wouldn't happen but guess what it does and i have to fix it because they wont. GRRR
