A friend of mine told me that she had some of these "things" on her property....asked her to bring a few over for me to look at. She brought over four, two clear Hemi 42's that were beat to hell, a brown glazed signal and this soot covered beauty. I told her what it was and she asked me to sell it for her. I gave it an oxalic bath and it came out bright and sparkly. It is in great shape, a few ticks....a few scratches...a small scuff on the upper wire ridge at the right mold line.....sounds much worse than it is. Feathery thin inner skirt is surprisingly damage free. These are getting hard to find.....you see more cobalts than these at shows, price lists etc. Priced to move at $125 + shipping.
