AmerenUE is here to start pulling wire in the lines when they hit a road block. Instead of running 3 phase from the switch to the vault they ran one phase meaning they have to run 2 more wires to connect all this. It was a major screw up. They STILL haven't figured out how to fix it 11-15 to 11-23. One phase was for STApH1-2 and the second phase was for STAph3-4-5 and the third phase was for a Industrial park behind all the woods.
