Lviv Insulator Company 8 At An Exhibit in Poland

Here is Iryna at an exhibit recently held in Poland, behind her are some of Lviv Insulator Company's glass products. The two pintype insulators are a HC 18 A / NS 18 A (CD 522.5) and a ShS 10 D (CD 638). the smaller CD 522.5 is rated for 400VDC, and is principally used for telephone or low voltage distribution circuits, the CD 638 is principally used for 10KV AC power lines. The larger suspension disks are used for the serious (over 69 KV) power lines, as shown in the photo "Lviv Insulator Company 1" Glass is so much prettier than porcelain...
