To support the rack, we used two brass plated screw hooks screwed into the 3/4" dowels supporting the lower rail. Two longer brass plated hooks were screwed through the gyp board into the window header. Short length of brass chain and there you have it. This rack supports 30 insulators for less than $20.00.
