OVIC 2019 - Show Contract

An agreement between the Ottawa Valley Insulator Collectors show committee (represented by Darcy Laframboise), and the undersigned exhibitor for a display at the Twenty-first Annual Ottawa Valley Insulator Show (OVIC).

The show is to be located at the Lion's Hall, Perth Fair Grounds, Perth, Ontario. The show setup is between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM; the show is open to the public from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM; Tear down is from 2:30 PM till 5:00 PM

The theme of the sales and exhibits is limited to insulators and related go-withs. The show committee is to be contacted for any clarification.

Tables are to be provided to the exhibitor at a cost of $17.50 per sales table. There is no charge for a display table. The size of the table is approximately 6 feet by 2 ½  feet.

Two show badges are provided to each exhibitor and are to be worn at all times.

The exhibitor, assistant or any person associated with the exhibitor agree to release the show committee, the Perth Lions Club and its owners from liability for any loss or injury whatsoever while on the show premises.
