Hotel Information

The Mid-Ohio Insulator Show is held at the Clark County fairgrounds located about a quarter of a mile north of exit 59 off I-70 on November 3 - 4. The fairgrounds are about 50 miles west of Columbus, Ohio, and 59 miles east of the Indiana / Ohio border.

Unfortunately, there are no motels located at exit 59, most are found off exit 54, five miles further west. The show "headquarters" is the Holiday Inn. A special rate is available for show attendees. Please note that the Saturday evening dinner will be held at the Holiday Inn.

To reserve a room at the Holiday Inn, call 937-323-8631 and ask to speak to Leah McMaken (she will return your call if she is not available at the moment). Please identify that you will be attending the Mid-Ohio Insulator Show (this is important in order to get the special room rate - $65.00 plus tax). It is important that you talk only to Leah to keep things straight. Do not talk to "reservations" or call the Holiday Inn 800 number because neither ever get things straight.

Other motel choices are available, either at exit 54 in close proximity to the Holiday Inn, or elsewhere in the Springfield area.
