The last one of this series, the CD 540 "CTO" close up. The "O" is actually the Cyrillic letter "PHI" which is their equivalent letter for "F". Latin letters would be "STF" for "telephone system".

There is a very similar insulator, without the inner skirt, which has been designated as CD 526.
