This is a CD 178 [020] - embossed (front skirt) SANTA ANA - it has a smooth base - color is a bluish aqua - the picture is a couple of shades too blue...can't seem to get it any closer! The inner skirt base has a small, sharp drip point - an "extra" piece of glass. There are two shallow chips on the base - they are next to each other (about an inch total) and are in conjunction with an open bubble.

The inner skirt is extended and the top sits at an angle making this cool piece a leaner.

This insulator would look good at your house!!
