This is a CD 126 No Embossing three piece mould in a nice blue color with an amber swirl. There were a few of these that came off the Central of Georgia Railway telegraph line which ran West out of Fort Valley, GA. I will call this one style 4 which may be a "Pennycuick style". There are two slight variations in mould style which are shown in the next picture.
