After a series of "votes" it seems this is a Pennycuick 104. I had one vote for 124.1, One vote for a "tall" 143, And three votes for 104. After a quick search in the picture poster, I was able to find a similar piece to compare it to. See the side-by-side here. Too bad I paid about five times the amount that one sold for a few months ago. You live and you learn.
