The other week I was able to purchase this neat composite insulator. It has no markings on it except a large 89 (assuming that is the year) on the top. I don't know what the material is. It is not like the other poly made plastic insulators. I believe it to be made by Dexmar Minnesota Inc. The next picture shows a catalog pages from the N.I.A. archives that has a insulator similar to it except for the petticoats are different. On Rick Sollers website he has two insulators that are similar to mine except they are grey and marked with letter codes. Would love to have an example of the large and smaller ones he has pictured.
