I found a couple of CD 297 with the wordy EIN [035] (F-Skirt) FRED M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y./PAT'D MAY 22-94 NOV. 24 96 DEC. 15-98 SEPT. 28 97 {Note 'DEC. 15-98' date} (R-Skirt) No 16/OTHER PAT'S PENDING {MLOB} RB in Aqua. The one shown above is a little different in that due to an apparent manufacturing anomaly, the mold line does not extend across the base, and the base itself is more like an SB piece where the inside edge of the base is not sharp or squared off like most RB pieces. Compare this piece to the other one shown here [id=697164511]. The middle skirt has some nibbling/chipping around the inside edge, and the inner skirt has two small open bubbles. The rest of the insulator is in great shape, and there's some light amber swirls all around.
