James Lindsey, Jr. asked on ICON if this insulator existed. It certainly does, however it is very rare with this embossing. I know there are only two, maybe three in captivity. This is the only one that I have seen in all my 55 plus years of collecting. I picked this one up in a collection I purchased about two years ago. There were about six insulators with the No. 36-190 on the backside. The other 5 were embossed Gayner.
