This CD 151 H.G. Co. Petticoat has more champagne bubbles and swirls than any others of this style I have ever seen! It was found about 20 years ago by a collector from here in New England while on a trip in the Midwest. Apparently there were some discarded crossarms by the side of the road from a RR right-of-way demo job and this insulator was among the ones he saved. I believe it was the only one like it from the bunch. In back of my mind I "think" he said he didn't realize how bubbly it was until he cleaned the black soot that pretty much covered it.
