This great book is 448 pages of history and photos (both color and B&W) about the evolution of the railroad in North America. It's a massive hardcover book that weighs almost seven pounds and mesures 12 x 9.5 x2". It's in like new condition but for a couple of frays on the corners of the dust jacket.

There are incidental photos of poles and lines but nothing in great detail.

A cool go with for insulator collectors.
