I didn't find anything quite as exciting as the French CD 399 fog bowl from last week, or a bunch of gingerbread boys and nosers like the last trip in May, but I didn't come away empty handed yesterday. Found an EIV CD 378 and CD 576 hunting through the markets. The 378 is a duplicate for my own collection, but is in good shape and thus I figured it was worth schlepping around all day in my backpack. The 576 isn't all that uncommon, but is a piece I'm missing in my own collection. (And it was 2 EUR, so how can you really pass that up?)

Both the big multis are packed in their own suitcase with a mountain of padding, plastic, and cardboard around them, so I'm hoping when I get to Chicago this afternoon I still have insulators and not kitsulators.
