I took these off of a X Arm. I assume they are circuit numbers ? Anybody know how do you read them ?

REPLY ... Yes. You will find these on drop arms. I have several arms in my collection that I will rebuild and hang up at some point that have these and all the under arm loops to carry the twisted pairs to the jct. box. Mine have spool brackets and break arms for those circuits being dropped ....da burger.
