William McLaughlin made very few of these SB CD 154's with the No. 40 on the rear as he was changing over fro his CD 152 to CD 154's. As you know, almost all CD 154's have the No. 42 on the rear. One is in Mint condition & the other is VNM. Asking $20 + $13.60 shipping for both.
