Nice early piece--likely Paisley. Excellent shape really--maybe a faint hairline in places but would easily grade VVNM. Crude warped base but what gives this character (besides the dome glass) is a barrage of steam bubbles up and over the dome. $450 and that will include postage to US addresses.
