I'm offering today two very nice R. Good Jr. Petticoat signals, NM or better condition. First, the rare one - the purple. The damage I describe is just to be very accurate and most does not detract from this beautiful piece at all. The most major damage is a half-pinkie nail sized flake on the wire ridge (see photo). There are two pecks on the dome in front and one on the dome in back, two wire ridge pecks in back and what looks to be a small open bubble on the front wire ridge as well. Tiny smooth chip just below the "N" in Denver and couple of minor flakes on the flat inner skirt bottom. Sounds worse than it is as these are often in very rough shape. Filled with tiny bubbles and several other large ones. The aqua has one smooth minor chip where the mold line meets the ridge, as is true with many of this design due to the thick mold lines and sharpness of the wire ridge (likely came out of the mold that way), otherwise looks darned near perfect as it came out of the mold in the 1800's. Glass has incredible clarity and brightness and the color for one of these aquas is richer than usual. Nice bubbles including one that's the size of a nickel in the skirt on the side. Photo is a little dark, but close. How about $400 shipped for the pair? I accept personal checks and PayPal. Thank you!
