I'm offering today two VERY NICE Denver Petticoat signals, both in VNM condition. So sorry for the darkness of the purple - I tried to get the photo lighter, but the computer won't cooperate. Both are in excellent condition. Four minor base flakes on the icy one and a flake where the right mold line meets the wire ridge, as is common for these. This one slumps to its left, so we call it liberal. Nice bubble next to the embossing. The purple is magnificent. I've owned a few of these over the years and this is one of the nicest. Rich purple, magnificent dome glass, and the skirt cavity is almost completely filled with glass that you almost cannot call it a double petticoat! Nice bubbles in the dome and skirt! Flaking on both sides where the mold lines meet the wire ridge, and minor empty spot where glass should be where the left mold line meets the base, but not bad. Roughness on the short, sharp inner skirt. Three flat, short base flakes. Just a crude awesome piece that I don't think you will be disappointed with. How does $130 for the pair, shipped, sound? I accept personal checks or PayPal. Thank you!
