These insulators are very small. They are 1-1/2" in diameter and 1-1/2" tall. The pinhole is round and unthreaded with slots at four corners. The insulators were cemented on the U-shaped metal bracket. Don't know how the bracket was mounted or how the insulators were used. Manufacturer is unknown.
