American Insulator Company 3 date embossing. Two open base bubbles do partially affect the embossing. Embossed IX on the dome. Cool 1 1/2" skirt bubble. Some crudeness to the skirt with annealing cracks, but nothing out of the ordinary for this old East Coast glass house.
