On the left is a two date vivid blue CD 145 American. It has a 1/2" shallow chip on the upper wire groove ridge and a very small shallow chip also on the wire groove. Two small scallop flakes on the edge of the base. They do not effect the embossing. On the right is a green two date CD 145 American. Both of these insulators were purchased in 1973 at "Junk and Jewels" in Charlton, MA. They always seemed to have some pretty good insulators for sale, BUT usually damaged. This is the case with the green American. There is a crack that runs from the base over the dome and down again to the base. Now that crack has been there for more than 44 years and the insulator is still in one piece. For the pair of good looking Americans, I'm asking $100 plus actual shipping cost. They can be picked up at the Pole Cat show April 2nd. PayPal, check or money order. US orders only. BUY THE PAIR FOR $75 PLUS SHIPPING
