This big guy has gone to the altar 3 times but hasn't completed the deal. It is yearning for a "forever home". It is not practical to ship - one of the very real objections to acquiring it. I will deliver it to National if there is a way we can meet or work out transport from there. CD 328.2 is completely intact but has an intact (stress?) fracture along the edge of the platter - can be seen in photos. Bubbles and a little sand in rear skirt. No marking on rear skirt. This piece comes with provenance; it came out of the Kingman Powerhouse (Mohave County, AZ) about 30 years ago when the place was being repurposed. The electric worker was told to destroy the insulators but fortunately, he preserved at least this one. Price guide has this at $700 - 800 if mint. Asking $350. Reduced to $300 delivered to National in July. Check, money order or no fee PayPal please. 1/2 down now; balance when picked up at National. |
