A new collector brought this E-Bay purchase for show and tell. I at first thought it was a suspension type based on the Hewlett patent. I have since learned that this is a stacker type insulator used on switch gear. I'd like to thank my fellow collectors for pointing this out to me, and I apologize for any confusion.
