If you were the runner-up in a recent auction and lost, here is your opportunity to get essentially the same thing for a discount. This is a CD 131.4 LGT & Co. with a nice surface patina likely from the alkaline soil of Wyoming where this was originally found. This is as nice as one could hope to find in a mineral stained patina piece like this. Some very minor surface abrasions as you might expect. There is a small open bubble at the left mold line which was likely there when it was first installed. The LGT & Co shows up nicely against the whitened surface of this old soldier. It even has some bands of milk you can find swirling in the dome. I personally would not tumble this but you certainly could if that was your thing. What is interesting is that the lower bar on the F in FEB is missing and looks like an upside down L. am curious to hear from anyone else owning this style insulator if yours is also having the same looking upside down L F in FEB or if your F is complete. Price $175 plus shipping (that's over $35 less than earlier this month for a similar piece). PayPal no fee option welcomed. First email as always!
