One of the last models produced in the 1980s before someone got the idea of adding an LCD to a meter register. This is configured to measure two different peak billing periods in addition to the regular billing dials in the middle. Two LEDs on the left show which peak billing is in effect. The lower right-hand has a small 7-segment LED display with the current time, and in the middle is a backup battery and a removable PC board with the rate program on it.
