Went walking today on the Enola Low Grade train south of Columbia PA. This used to be the old Atglen Susquehanna Branch of the PRR, which was abandoned in 1990 and converted to a trail three years ago. This trail is neat because all of the old catenary poles from the electrified freight operations are still up, and the 138kv circuit is still live. There are lots of late 30s insulators still in the air here.
