The electric lines in this Oregon community once used porcelain pintype and spool insulators in blue glazes as delinators for the electric utility's neutral wire. I believe this practice with this power company continued until the early 1960s. The forementioned insulators were in endless shades from very light blue-gray to dark cobalt. Most other electric companies across the United Stated employed white-glazed porcelain insulators for the same purpose.
