French railroad telegraph insulators

Some of the typical insulators and brackets used in France (exept for the porcelain one - it's a modern Russian TF-20 type insulator). To the left are the newer ones and to the right are so-called isolateurs à oreilles which are of the older type. Does anyone know how old can they actually be?
