1871 With LARGE "point"

This is a CD 124.3, also showing the rather large "point" at the top of the pinhole, very similar to many Pennycuick styles, from the side. The point is sharp, much like sharp drip point of the "No.19" era of signals, but not quite as sharp as the " -19" variety that are REALLY sharp. Because I cannot get a tape in there, I would guess the "point" is 3/16 wide at the base and just about as tall?
