The Atwood Company was formed in 1860 by Eugene Atwood. The company later changed its name to Atwood Faience Co. in 1894, and then to Hartford Faience Co. in 1900. Being the only complete example of an Atwood Faience Tile I know of, I would rate this specimen as "extremely rare".
