L to R: Girard, PA. Were unreported until my late friend Dave Heiss and I found two of these in Girard, PA. The one with 195 on it was the first Hubbard I had seen or ever noticed. I was walking by a pole and saw this "thing" hanging out the side, it was and almost all the way out. We went around the entire town (not very large), and outside of town looking for more. We got one more (total of two). I fear the rest are long gone in a landfill somewhere as the two poles were very old. The WM RR and the B&LE are documented in other pics.
