Mark Evans asked about the narrow dome CREB 145. He mentioned he had one with the upside down 2 on the crown. I believe his is actually the [250] EIN which is rather common. The reason the dome appears narrow is that the skirt on these pieces is flared compared to "normal" CREBs. Here I have a line-up of a typical CREB on the left, the EIN [250] style with the upside down 2 in the middle, and the more rare EIN [137] on the far right. The [137] has a profile like a bullet and has a wider wire grove. These are quite rare as I've only seen about 3 in 20 years of collecting.
