Interesting shot of NW & BIT lines 1892 Vancouver. Looks like CD 102, probably NW embossed pieces, on newer cross arm. Note the dome glass and high position on the pins. Lower arm is all porcelain spools which were used almost exclusively in the early days of NW construction.
