Here, are two CD 104's The one on the left seems different than my other examples. The skirt is thicker, The embossing is bigger, and the wire groove is smaller. Also the insulator it self is shorter. There is a big chunk of glass on the crown and the number 3 is on the dome. It resembles variation C in appendix 8 in the 2011 Price guide. Is this a separate EIN Number than the other ones? The insulator on the right is for comparison. Thanks!
