Just as it is sometimes necessary to "kitsulator" a rare multipart, it sometimes becomes necessary to do the same with meters. Both meters were acquired on the e place months apart. The one with the paper nameplate came from the Spokanistan area while the other came from St. Louie. The Spokanistan one had a good register but incorrect baseplate and stator (that and the seller barely used any packaging leading to a destroyed cover). The St. Louie one had the correct stator, base, and wiring but the register was in bad shape. So, it was a fairly easy matter to meld the two into one. A bonus is that the stator off the Spokanistan unit may well be for a meter I've been trying to find. Guess I might need to "kit" that meter as well.
