Location unknown but likely in Western USA (photo sent to me some time ago) upon a comms line somewhere. Anyway, this is certainly a rare thing to see since most Case transposition brackets with their Hemingray (Owens-Illinois) insulators were crossarm mounted (click "Previous"). Added note: This might have been a crossarm mounted type improvised for this specific location given the bracket(?) thingie on the left side of it.
