PELCO had two of these that stepped down to 4kv. This one was in North Patchogue, the other in Medford. Taken down in the late 1960s when LILCO (Long Island Lighting) took over PELCO, which had only 4kv distribution, and replaced it with 13kv. There is nothing left of the 4kv in the area.
